This morning in my fat-burning boot camps in Santa Monica we had another fantastic creative cardio session...non-stop calorie shredding at is best! While one of the groups was finishing up, a camper came up to me and told me they needed to move their arms from flab...


...to fab right away as they had a wedding to attend in about 3 weeks and that they really wanted to take their arms (in particular their triceps...the back of the upper arm) to a whole new level.

Here was my results recipe for sexy, toned arms for the summertime wedding

First things first...

*drink lots of water (At least half your body weight in ounces a day)
1. stay away from starches after lunch
2. avoid most sugars and salt
3. stick to lean proteins and veggies
4. only 1 alcoholic drink a week.


Secondly, you should do the following 4 exercises in a quadset, meaning do them back to back with out rest. After you have done all four exercises for 12-15 reps each, rest 60 seconds and repeat 2-3 times. These simple but highly effective triceps exercises should be done ideally 2-3 times a week in addition to what we do with our outdoor boot camp fitness.

1. Triceps Kick Backs


2. Triceps Overhead Extensions


3. Common Push-Ups (hands directly under shoulders with elbows dropping into ribs as you lower)


4. French Press (Skull Crushers)



There you have it...a simple results recipe for lean shapely arms in no time! Remember, 2-3 times a week, 12-15 reps of each, no rest between the four moves. Rest 60 seconds and repeat 2-3 times.
