- I've recently entered the culinary field with a goal of opening my own small business at some point in 2010. Perhaps a small catering service or a food truck(still undecided). I have a teenage son who I think is a great young man. He just graduated from high school and he's working on his goals as well. I'm a positive, forward thinking person; I live a laid back life style; and being silly is definitely a part of my strong, down to earth personality.
