Hi Adam. Thanks for the welcome to the site. I hope you have a good few weeks. I'll miss boot camp - but I am looking forward to getting the fall schedule under control. That being said, I tried looking for the 17 & 22 minute interval workouts you mentioned and I am not sure where they are. Are they in the ipod workouts? Or in the archives here? I would love to keep my treadmill time to a minimum with maximum efficiency! Please let me know when you are able. Take care - Rachel
